•Owned and operated the Hurricane Bay Nightclub in Phoenix, consisting of 10K sq ft of space, thirty-five employees, and annual revenue of over $2M.

•Completed a Section 1031 Exchange by selling an 18K sq ft strip mall in Naperville, IL, and acquired a 36K sq ft strip mall in Phoenix, AZ, valued at $4.75M.
