Preparation of all LGA field activity reports, following collation from the LGA administrators, providing feedback on areas which need correction and submission of the final hard copy report for assigned LGA to the Technical Manager after approval.

Assist the MSH State M&E Specialist on data quality issues/queries and ensure identified issues are rectified in time.

I have 4 successful years of experience functioning in this role and other Field Survey roles During the Seasonal Malaria Chemoprevention (SMC) campaign in Gombe, Kano and Katsina State, 2020 and 2023, Recently I worked at Katsina State as an LGA Field officer, where I provided support to the LGA, finance team and reports back to the state team monthly, I also supported the First digitization of the SMC campaign processes in line with the expectations of the organization in Gombe State.
