Major achievements :

Facilitated the activities for National Leprosy Eradication Program with case detection rate of > 2 in our district during SPRASH and Leprosy Case Detection Campaign 2022-23.

Provided MCR slippers to 496 deformity cases free of cost and 276 rehabilitation surgeries to deformity cases were being conducted during my tenure.

Achieved 60% reduction of malaria and dengue cases compared to last 5 years by implementing innovative activities under NCVBDC.

Successfully launched Hepatitis B vaccination to PLHIV and high risk LGBTQ+ communities.

Nutritional support to TB patients with the mobilization of funds from political, corporate & administration for more than 1250 patients under NIKSHAY POSHAN YOJANA

Achieved 71 % reduction in IMR & MMR by advocating innovative thought of establishing pregnant women hostels, where high risk pregnant women were being admitted in the 7th month of pregnancy by providing all the maternal and child health services since 2018.

Worked as special officer in Introduction of bike ambulances to carry the patients from inaccessible hill top tribal areas to near by pick up point for shifting the patients . more than 10,000 patients were been utilized the services since its inception
