Manage account calendars, arrange meetings and events and promote communication among stakeholders Create PowerPoint presentations, email campaigns and frequently update and maintain the account SharePoint site using expertise in various software and graphic design tools Collaborate with the client on partnership initiatives and implement communication plans Produce monthly financial reports for finance and sourcing teams, overseeing validation, deposit system and savings initiative statuses
Develop and evaluate procedures for data collection through surveys, opinion polls and questionnaires Partner with the Employee Engagement Team to develop plans of action for employees and leadership for improving onboarding/offboarding processes, career development communication, meeting schedules, account wide engagement initiatives and agendas
