The Home Depot Canada has multiple programs that required delivery to a customer. The delivery component for these programs were managed separately, leaving THD with limited visibility to order routes, statuses and tracking. The Delivery Management System will be managing customer deliveries from store and e-commerce, allowing efficiency in the transportation network and improvement of processes in cross-functional teams. The implementation of this project will be carried out in different phases.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate between THD SMEs, GIS team POCs, Business Users and testing team for dependencies such as business process documentation, test data, test environment, fixing of defects etc.

The SAP Platforms are being migrated from their current locations and platforms to new platforms (hardware, OS, and Oracle version) in Sanofi’s Next Generation Data Center.
