Deputy Chief of Staff of Operations

●Led a project to restructure the headquarters and organizations due to a reduction 54 personnel while still achieving program objectives, maintaining the scope of operations, and retaining top talent.

Director of Operations (2014-2017)

Responsible for the programs of operations, strategic planning, and training working with five senior leaders. Developed project plans and executed plans and policies to provide fully staffed and proficient organizations to successfully accomplish state and national missions.
