●Led a program to restructure the organizational headquarters, developing new processes and procedures with key stakeholders while meeting key program and project performance timelines on a reduced budget.

●Supervised the facilities program to coordinate the capabilities and maintenance of 53 facilities across Minnesota to ensure they support effective, energy efficient, and cost-effective operations to resulting in a 17% reduction in facilities and energy costs.

Led the facility and operational equipment and resource maintenance programs achieving the highest maintenance level out of seventeen similar organizations with a 15% budget reduction over two years of operations that included three deployments of equipment.
