POSITION: Multi-Site Senior Property Manager –

Worked for PEC on a part-time basis on Saturday and Sunday showing units; ensuring unit turns and handling any and all weekend emergency work orders. Worked this part-time position while employed F.T. for TCB below.

Provided management for 8 properties (Section 8/LIHTC & luxury market rentals) consisting of 725 units. Three complexes were strictly luxury market rate properties.

Oversaw administrative/maintenance staff of 7 individuals including annual performance reviews; interviewed, hired and trained staff on office equipment, computer programs and on policies and procedures.
