LBG client was looking at making some small changes to the existing online home insurance sales journeys and the aggregator sales journey. Project Description: Re-platform Halifax’s Straight Through Product Transfer journey along with the modernization of UI using modern tech and replication existing Birmingham midsires BTL PT journey. Furthermore, deliver a new combined further advance and product transfers journey offering more value to brokers who are the users of the service.

●Facilitate workshops and incubation sessions with various stakeholders to identify pain points and areas of improvement for better service for the users / brokers

●Analyse As-Is process to identify gaps in the current Halifax STPT journey and BM Journey

●Work with UX and UR teams to get the prototype / wireframes on figma board agreed and baselined for MVP based on research questions, problems identified.

●Break down the epic and create user stories and work with development and testing team to make sure the stories are sliced appropriately and the acceptance criteria are clear and achievable in a given sprint.

●Understand Analytics requirements and working with the Analytics team to capture page level, event level tagging for all the new UI pages so as to analyse the user tendency on the adobe analytics dashboard

Project Description: Modernise tech and UI for the login / logout journey along with holding pages for Scottish widow’s webpage. A key milestone for LBG FP&R lab for new business phase where we rolled out all new versions of the pensions platform to new customers which included 3rd party SSO going live by April 2022.

●Created, owned and prioritised backlog for agile scrum team working with SaFe, agile methodologies

●Engage with various departments and understand what are the existing applications that they need to perform their daily activities and capture all the requirements department wise

●Analyzing if the users need an upgrade and a higher end machine and working with the senior managers of the department to get the requirements approved

●Location wise, department wise phased approach to coordinate and facilitate roll out along with working with IT & Testing teams to ensure seamless transition to windows 10 migration.

Lead Business Analyst – The Co-Op Bank PLC ( Adecco Group FTC ) – Jan 2019 – May 2019

Project Description – This NDAd Mortgages services project required the BA to understand the ‘As Is’ from current documentation and scope out the To-BE along with completing a Gap analysis with a detailed design.. A.T.Kearney consultancy were engaged to support the analysis, produce a board pack detailing the findings and to formulate a justified recommendation.

●Understand current 3rd party / supplier contracts and scope out process documentation

●Create and Complete ‘Gap Analysis’ and document impact assessment

●Conducted workshops and one-to-one interviews using checklists with various stakeholders within the business to understand business services and AS-IS processes.

My role involved a methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of all or part of a specific business process in terms of business functions and processes, application functionality and change recommendations.

●Completed the project Term of Reference (TOR) and conducted Gap Analysis to identify gap in current process in comparison with the regulatory requirements

iBC project was HML core system iConnect a highly configurable and adaptable system with the changes to client calculation methods for monthly mortgage payment calculation. As a BA, my role was to help and implement client payment method changes / switch to adhere to FCA regulatory guidelines.

Ofcom project was to ensure HML adheres to the regulatory requirements on the outgoing calling policies and to have specific caller line identification (CLI) number for each client with reduced abandoned calls to zero. As the project BA, I had to understand how a client specific CLI number can be provided for each client which should be OfCom compliant and also to ensure the abandoned calls are potentially reduced to zero.

●Elicited, documented and defining requirements in an agile environment taking into account the regulatory framework within which it operates

●Conducting impact analysis for client monthly calculation method changes for iBC project and CLI numbers for Ofcom project during the process of identifying and prioritizing requirements

CMAS was used to order and manage Debit & ATM cards. PwC was appointed by LBG to conduct an independent review led by LBGs risk division to identify specific resilience risks across the IT architecture and to underpin the in-scope critical economic functions.

●DB Apex was an Application Rationalization and optimization exercise and was carried out for all Trade Life Cycle applications of Deutsche Bank. My task involved collection of functional data of all the Deutsche Bank applications supported by HCL and classify and map the applications based on the trade life cycle using the functional and technical data. Data collection and classification of applications also involved a detailed study of life cycle of trading application which was part of the exercise.

●Integrated Reconciliation Tool is a HCL Recon product which had to be improvised comparing with the flow and functionality of existing recon tools like TLM, OpenStaars, etc. Proper strategic analysis performed to enhance the existing reconciliation tool and to document the process flow and the tool functionality.
