Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to the patient according to need of the patient applying nursing process that include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient.
Perform Admission, Discharge, transfer procedure
Monitor Patient’s Vital sign, I/O, collect specimen(blood, urine, stool), send for analysis to laboratory.
Administer medication (oral,intravenous,intramuscular,subcutaneous,intradermal,optic,otic,rectal routes) Calculate doses and maintain current knowledge of medications commonly used in general medical surgical /onco unit
Administer blood and blood products (PRBC, Plasma Platelet Concentrate ) and monitored for any sign and symptoms of transfusion reaction.

Perform nasogastric tube insertion, administer feeding per Nasogastric tube, PEG Tube through bolos and continuous in kangaroo pump.
Administer oxygen via various oxygen delivery devices including nasal prong, oxygen mask, reservoir bag, venture mask and performing nebulization procedure, Handling Cpap and Bipap Machine
