studied for 3 years at the university in pharmaceutical sciences in Santiago de Cuba. Cuba in which I did not finish my studies so I did not graduate. I worked for 2 years in the services and cleaning area in hotels and for a period of 2 years as a Secretary and then as a Human Resources technician for 10 years. I have experience in customer service and services, as well as solid knowledge in human resources management.
