My name is Diana M Guilarte Arias, I am ** years old. I graduated from high school and

studied for 3 years at the university in pharmaceutical sciences in Santiago de Cuba. Cuba in which I did not finish my studies so I did not graduate. I worked for 2 years in the services and cleaning area in hotels and for a period of 2 years as a Secretary and then as a Human Resources technician for 10 years. I have experience in customer service and services, as well as solid knowledge in human resources management. I look for opportunities to apply my skills and knowledge in a dynamic and collaborative work environment. I efficiently managed personnel recruitment, selection and training processes. Managed and maintained employee records, including benefits and payroll. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and under pressure I provided customer service, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience for users. I collaborated as a team to meet schedules and assigned tasks efficiently. Solid experience in cleaning and maintenance, with the ability to meet exacting standards. Communication and customer service skills, acquired through direct experience in the service sector.
