• Leader of Pre-development Advisory to Investor for Retail development for new mixed-use projects. Working with the development team evaluate construction documents for retail provisions and lease plan documents for leasing team. Effort encompasses a total scope review of the development plans for compliance and alignment with lease documents and construction all through the development process to completion. Overseeing LOD development provided by a third-party consulting architect. Preparing a complete analysis for the development team and follow-up meetings to review compliance and alignment. Final inspection of construction and preparation of a final report and punch list for the developer and general contractor.

• Turnkey and Vanilla Box project management. Developing estimates and ROM numbers for Leasing Director. Developing budgets for Lease negotiations. Hiring architects and contractors through RFQ and RFP process. Collaborated & strategize closely with occupier’s store design team in designing stores to meet budget and timeline parameters.
