COURT MONITOR/PARTY HOST, URBAN AIR TRAMPOLINE PARK o Court Monitor: I would help maintain a safe environment for the guests to jump by helping them to follow the rules. I would be attentive so guests would not face an injury, but also help make the customers enjoy themselves as much as possible.

o Party Host: I would set up the party room or table. As the party arrived, I would check in the kids and parents while helping them complete waivers and giving them their complimentary socks. As the party went on, I would bring the pizza in if they ordered, help them cut/serve the cake, and clean up anything the party asked.

MAY 2019 – NOVEMBER 2019

o I would greet the guests as they came into the restaurant and seat them in a timely manner. I would keep track of the restaurant waiting list during the high- volume times to accurately set the guest’s expectations. I would assist in cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables for our next guests. I would perform opening and closing hostess duties.

o Front-End Associate: I greeted customers and asked how their shopping experience was. I would ask customers if they would like to sign up for TJX Credit Cards. I would also process purchases and returns. Once the transaction has finished, I would thank the customers and tell them to have a good day. o Sales Floor Associate: I would put away new products and displays for the customers to shop. I organized the clothes and items to be in the correct places. I would ask customers around the sales floor if they needed help finding any products.

MARCH 2021 – CURRENT

PART-TIME CLERK, QUIKTRIP

o I greet customers as they come into the stores, always making sure when they leave, you thank them and ask them to return. The customers and their experience are the most important part of the job. Always making sure they feel welcome and ready to come back. In the kitchen, you prep the food for the next day. Make sure the warmer and subs are fully stocked and on date for the customers to choose from. Whether you are working in the store or kitchen, you make sure the floors are swept/mopped and the counters are wiped down. I work on DAW which are tasks that need to be on every shift so the store team coming in is prepared and set-up nicely.

In my free time, I find myself working on my homework, spending time with friends, and reading. Over the past few years, I have grown closer to my family and have made sure to prioritize them and any activities we may do together. I like to volunteer at events that my job, QuikTrip, puts on as well as a few years back volunteering at Vacation Bible Schools and Art/Cooking Camps for children. I like to work out and maintain a healthy lifestyle, and make sure to take care of my mental health as well.
