Accountable for daily operations, including managing up to five (5) engineering team members daily, with up to 30 incidents flagged and resolved per shift.

Resolved an array of issues, including loss of power and faulty UPS or generator, through troubleshooting, coordination of resources, and effective communication.

Accountable for one (1) to three (3) clients per data centre in the US and UK, and to prevent fines of more than CAD $1.7M for loss of client revenues.

Responsible for the following hardware and systems: generators, chillers, UPS systems, chilled water, air treatment units, humidifiers, switchboards, ring central units, and transformers.
