● Processing weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll for employees that includes importing, manual, handkey, proofing, and editing.

● Experience using Execupay Payroll Suite.

● Adjusts payroll to reflect OAAS and OCDD bonuses.

● Prepares input forms, enters data into computer files, or computes wages and deductions and posts to payroll records.

● Reviews wages computed and corrects errors to ensure accuracy of payroll.

● Records changes affecting net wages such as exemptions, insurance coverage, loan payments, and garnishments for each employee to update master payroll records.

● Records data concerning transfer of employees between departments.

● Keeps record of leave pay and non-taxable wages.

● Proficient in Quickbooks, MS Office and Lasrs(EVV)

● Prepares and issues paychecks.

● Prepares all forms for the state, LWC, DCFS, Unemployment, and any other wage verification needed. Records Coordinator

● Reads and reviews any and all paperwork that comes through the department.

● Establishes and maintains a large filing system for various personnel related forms and records.
