I was able to arrive onsite and I met with the manager and I explained the reason for my visit and I was told to wait for the Maintenance Technician and was about a 45 minutes and I was to work on the connectivity issues with the key fob to the office PC s connecting to the network switch and working with the Remote Technician we made several attempts and we were not able to connect the key fob app to the network from the Desktop PC’s and we ran out of time and a return visit is scheduled for Monday 7/17/23. I was able to receive the shipment of the 2011 mikortik router and installed to the rack and powered it on and I contacted Dario and he requested for me to install the fiber cable and I was able to locate the fiber cable and I called Tech Support and I was told he would be able to ship out a 30ft fiber cable on next week so I called the

Remote Engineer that we would have rescheduled the installation on next week. On the return visit I was able to receive the shipment and worked with the Remote Engineers to identify the parts and circuits that needed to be connected by the Viber cable and we had to find a way to connect my laptop to internet connection I order for the Remote Engineers to connect to the router via laptop and I had to download anydesk app for them to connect to the Router and do the configurations to the network and they called Comcast to have them make sure it was connected correctly.

I arrived onsite and checked in online I met with the Manager, and I explain the reason for my visit, and I emailed the PM, and I called the Bridge Network, and it took me about 30 minutes to get a response and I was directed to do the settings of the APC and I was able to check the cabling of the network devices and power on the ISP and the Remote Engineers to logon to the ISP and do the configurations and add the ISP to the network domain and I was able to connect

the injectors and the 3 APs and to the patch panel and the switch as per instructions and I was able to install the Cash Of PC, Manager's PC, and Training PC and patch them into the network switch. I was also able to put together the Handheld scanners and batteries and started the activation process and mobile printers charging I was contacted by a Remote Engineer that there was a problem with the charging system is not responding correctly, so the issue was being escalated to 2nd level Remote Engineers and I directed to connect the AP3 and mount it above the shelf in the back receiving area and connected the network, successfully and I was able to mount AP2 and AP1 brackets to the ceiling

tiles in the middle of the sales floor on the left and right side and after the cable runs from the Backend network rack there needs to be another bracket adapter that can support the hanging of the AP! and AP2. I took before and after photos and uploaded them to the FN Website and emailed it to the PM and was told that the Front-End network is scheduled for 9/29/22 to be completed. I arrived onsite checked in online and I also checked in with Tech Support and I received the shipment and I removed the old network switch and I tried to install the new network switch but it was too long for the network switch rack and I took out of rack and match it up with the old network switch and I noticed that the new switch overlap the old about 2 inches and I called Tech Support and explained the problem and I was directed make adjustments on the brackets for both sides and I tried to install it and the new switch bracket screws were too unstable to hold the switch in place to tighten up and so I tried unsuccessfully to uninstall switch by pulling out the APC first and slipped out of my hand and fell to the floor broke the back cables and

I explained to Tech Support what happen I took a picture of it and send it to him and I was directed to power off the APC and install it into

network rack and stack the network switch on top of the APC and finish the installation of the network switch and power on the switch and the firewall and I also needed to go purchase and surge protector to complete the installation and I assisted with the testing of connectivity for the Office site and it was good accept for the Wi-Fi and after some additional testing of port for the AP with my laptop it was determined that the AP was defective and I was told that Tech Support decided to order another New network switch that would fit inside Jimmy Grant

the rack, an new APC and a WAP and to

set aside the old switch and the old WAP for a

revisit and I awash released from the site by

Tech Support and I also informed the Mod.

Field Nation, LLC. 12/2018-06/2019 Part-Time Field Service Engineer I arrived onsite checked in online and I called into the Blueprint Support Desk. I met up with the Chief Engineer and I explained the reason for my visit and I was escorted to Room 701and I met with the World Cinema Tech and I was able to test the Guest Network, successfully and moved to Room 702 and tested successfully. We down Room 305 where we troubleshoot extensively by logging onto both wireless networks and testing the connectivity and the signal would drop and the World Cinema tried using another remote and he also tried swapping out the TV's control box and I was directed to locate AP near Room 302 and Room 312 located near Room 318 APs and swap one with the other for testing purposes and after testing, it was decided that the site wireless network needs to remapped to find out the where the weak and strongest are located on the relative issues on the floors, so I was directed to reinstalled the APs to there original locations and to call the Blueprint Support Desk to checkout with them I arrived onsite checked in online and I met up with the MOD and he escorted to the Back Office where I rec'd the shipment and I called into the Support Desk and I was transferred to the X-Store Conversion Team and I made contact with Sam. I started the process by installing the Server to the network switches and notified Sam after it was up and he directed me to start X-Store Conversion with Reg # 1 and after installing the new equipment and everything tested successfully except the cash drawer would not open and so after spending some troubleshooting, it was decided by Sam and the Conversion Team that the Register# 1 cash may need to be replaced after doing some further testing when the Store Mgr shows up with the keys and so I was release from the site by Sam from the X-Store Conversion Team. So I was able to assist with the changes of Hydra cables and separated the cable covers and the old cable adapters into separated boxes for 28 End Users and made sure that End Users did not have any issues with their Tarus Boxes and we took some photos and uploaded to the Help Desk and we were release from the site. So I with the speed tests on all 3 levels of the site and I also search for the dead zones recorded the locations and after waiting some long periods of contacting the NOC I given some instructions to go up into the attic to move the location of the 3 access points closer together and do some additional speed tests and go around the entire complex on all 3 levels and I was to do some more speed tests and checked for dead zones were gone, so I recorded and report some better results the NOC and Pinnacle-Tribeca at Camp Springs, MD Rental and Retail The 1st visit I arrived onsite checked in online and i met up with the POC and I rec'd the shipment of the 2 wireless routers and the 16 port switch and after looking over the network rack and saw that the 16 port switch was not so i called the Tech Support and explained the situation and I also took photo sent it to Tech Support show what it looks like and I was directed to hook up the network cables anyway and that he would send overnight another network switch with 24 ports and I assisted with change over and speed tests with the local ISP and I also configured the wireless but I still was able to connect the End Users to the internet and we ran out of time. I 2nd visit I was able to confirm the connection of the ISP modem was good and I was able to assist Tech Support with the reconfiguration of the wireless router and replaced the 16 port switch with a 24 port network switch and I was able to connect the business office and the leasing center with internet and I also was able to connect all of the End Users with connectivity to the network printer and i also loaded all of the End Users with TeamViewer for remote loading of all the MS word apps. and I also assisted Tech Support with configuration of the other wireless router to be use as an access for an adjacent building and we were not able to get a stable connection. to connect to finish the configuration and we ran out time and I was release from the site by Tech Support.

Keyboard on laptop does not work when it is out of the docking station 1/18/18, Wartsila Annapolis, MD: I met with the End User and showed that he was not able to use his keyboard after installing Wins 10 after undocking from the docking station, so I directed the End User to restore his laptop to the docking station and reboot his computer and afterwards logon and have him right click the start menu and highlight the run and type devmgmt.msc and expand the keyboard menu and click on the Standard ps/2 Keyboard driver but the update menu was grayed out and that would have to be done remotely by their Help Desk.

Replaced Kitchen Controller for Corner Bakery, Washington, DC 12/2017 I arrived onsite at pickup point and checked online went to the site location and I called inside to dispatch and I met up with the MOD and I was the location of the controller, so I contacted the Support desk and I took before photos of both ends of the controller connection, so I swapped out the old controller with the new controller and worked with support to try get the displays up and functioning normal but the we lost connectivity on the controller after doing a reset, so I did a trace of the cabling and I also tested and the results showed the signal was intermitted and the Support Tech and i decided that the ethernet cable need to be replace the cable for the controller to the wall jack during the 1st visit and so on the 2nd visit I was able to disconnect old cable and installed the new cable from the new controller the wall jack and we got a good connection with activity and we were able to reset, the Salad display, the hot grill and the express to revert back to normal operation for all the ordering stations, successfully and I was release by Support Vonage Rep Anthony

National Forum For Black Public Administration Washington DC 11/27/2017 I arrived onsite checked in online and I also checked in at the security desk and I rec'd access to Office and I met up the POD and I rec'd the Polycom SoundStation 7000 and I assisted with installation and the configuration process and we were able to rec'd inbound and make outbound calls, successfully and we were able to replace the VVX 500 with the VVX 7000 and we also got another request to replace a broken VVX 1500 that had a broken display with another VVX 1500 for the EXEC Office the Vonage Remote Tech was able to move the profile from the original EXEC phone but we were not able connect t to phone Jimmy Grant

remotely to load the new software apps, so after trying to connect the phone via my laptop, it was decided by Vonage Rep Anthony to request that the End User to ship the phone into Vonage for them to load the all of the software apps and return to the EXEC phone to the End User and Vonage requested that for The Contactor other End User who needed a dedicated phone for her use the MOD needed to decide a name for the assigned Contractor for ext 105 and email it to Vonage and I was release from the site by Vonage.

Networking Troubleshooting and Repairs of VOIP

Onsite Field Engineer, Networking Troubleshooting and Repairs of VOIP phone system 1/9/2017 I arrived onsite and checked in and also with POC, I rec'd access to the network room, so I able to prepare laptop to connect to the cisco router to the console. I called up the Remote Engineer at Vonage and I assisted with the troubleshooting and configuration of both network switches and by disconnecting the Ethernet cable from switch #2 at port #5 and from switch

#1 at port #10. We tested the phones in the conference room, the video conference room and the board room and all of the tests were, successful. Onsite Field Engineer, Networking Configuration and Testing of WiFi: 1/11/2017 I arrived onsite checked in with Help Desk and I also checked with the MOD and I rec'd access to the network closet, so I contacted the Remote Engineer and started the process identifying the USB Device for Wi Fi and I connect it to my laptop to downloaded the software for the Wi Fi USB device and setup the menu for the Capitol One and we also had to contact ATT Rep to make the IP match up with them for internet connectivity and the re-connected WiFi USB Deivce to the modem, I also checked the MOD to insure that End Users have access to their WiFi network, successfully. I rec'd a release code from the Help Desk 7.14E.01. Onsite Field Engineer Networking Of Cisco Switch and Pin Pads: 1/24/2017 I arrived onsite and checked in with Tech Support, I met with the Store's MOD and I rec'd the shipment and I did a quick inventory of all the parts. I unboxed the Cisco network switch and I the power cable from under the middle counter the power supply and I ran a Ethernet cable from reg #1 the data jack to port #10 of the network switch and another Ethernet cable from reg#1 to port #1 of the network switch. I started with reg#2 pin installed and configured to the network and rebooted and called up Chico's Tech Support for the software update process and assisted with the testing, successfully and I disconnected the old pin pad boxed it up and I performed procedures on reg#1's pin pad as per instructions. I also had to do some troubleshooting on reg #2 and re-tested, successfully and also had to reposition the cisco network switch for the Store's MOD underneath the middle cabinet. Onsite Field Engineer Networking Troubleshooting, Repairs and Testing of Wi Fi: 1/24/2017 I arrived onsite and checked in with the MOD and I had to wait for an a Main escort to access to the telephone closet and the network switches room and I also checked in with the Blueprint Tech Support. I tested and the connections of the Comcast modems inside the telephone closet they tested good and we went into the network switches room to test and troubleshoot the ports related to the modems, so after some long time back and fourth from the telephone closet to the network switches room we able to locate the Ethernet cable for the modem I swapped out a couple of cables. I was directed to re-punch down the patch panel connector and reboot sw#1 and I waited for some more remote testing and we were able to connect to the WiFi network and checked the front to verify internet connections with the staff members and I also had to for the Remote Engineer to verify with Comcast for completion of being back online with them.
