Adrian's Development / Doing activities with Adrian (my son) to
help him develop
I've been lucky enough to be a stay-at-home mom for 5 to 6 years[( to a
special needs child), during which time Covid 19 presented itself and we
were all quarantined] and i was able to(forced to) learn how to help him
develop. I researched projects and activities to promote his skills and
seen rapid Improvements, 1st hand. I've also learned how to, more
effectively, communicate with toddlers because they're just not the same
as adults. It's all very interesting and I will continue my studies and work
with my son! He is now 6 years and ( tentatively) almost at the same level
as the other kids his age.

McDonald's / Augusta Ranch On Ellsworth And Baseline
Experience
Shift Manager
McDonald's was my very first job I started in about 2002-2003. This job
was the foundation for my entire career!
Panda Express / Ray And The 202 Highway
Assistant Manager
The assistant manager has to be aware of everything and know how to do
everything a general manager does. Although not oversee or be the only
one responsible for everything GM does. I did inventory, receiving,
budgeting, Counting, and calculating it, as well as keeping invoices logged
and up to date and managing waste amounts. had to learn and perfect
cleaning techniques, procedures, and schedules. ( mostly follow, teach,
and enforce them ) take and keep a log of the temperatures of our ready
to eat Foods. Customer service, opening and closing, overseeing about
five employees usually. Cash handling such as counting registers before
and after each shift, counting the end of the day deposits, making the
deposit the next day, and Counting, stocking and being responsible for the
safe all day. ( to make change for the registers). Managing the stores labor.
Checking rotating and preparing ahead of time enough prep. An assistant
manager is basically the glue that holds it all together! Someone for the
general manager to fall back on, and for the employees to look up to. I
actually went location to location for a few weeks at a time to train with
new employees, check on their stores, and make sure we were all doing
the same great job! And that all of our employees were trained properly
how to do the job! I was responsible for overseeing the training of the
front of house employees. Which may be the single most important part
of my job, because anything you do is multiplied by 5. It's just a little more
important to be thorough and use the correct procedures when training
everyone else had to do it.
Taco Time / Provo Utah
Crew Member To Shift Manager
I started working at this restaurant as a walk in hire. I caught on really
quickly, only with the help of the whole crew and before long I was
managing the store. And before much longer I was filling in temporarily
for the general manager while we look for another one! Where I
tightened up on opening and closing procedures as well as prep
techniques and procedures. We set and accomplished new goals and I
think I really did make an impact on the whole crew, I know they impacted
me! I only worked here for 6 months because I came back to Arizona.
McDonalds / Superstition Walmart Location
Shift Manager
The store was so fun to work at because it's a tiny little store and it was
different than anything I'd ever done before in that way. With such a small
crew and store I was closely involved in opening and closing procedures
as well as taking orders, serving and making the food. And I was just really
able to have a complete understanding of and grasp on, and control of, the
entire workings of the store as a whole. Identify and solve any issues
there may be in operational procedures, any problems there may be,such
as long wait times for food, grouchy cashier or not preparing enough food
for the next day. Anything in this case I did change opening and closing
procedures to be more detailed at night to solve the problem of pests!
Chipotle Mexican Grill / Dana Park
Crew Member
In this restaurant I was so privileged to work with some of the people I
got to work with! The experience and knowledge they brought to our
team was exceptional, in fact our restaurant was called a restaurant tour
location meaning it's a model location for other Chipotles so I was lucky
to be a part of that! And i definitely learned from them! And I cross-
trained more into kitchen work, which is a little different for me. I usually
stay in the front of the house dealing with cash and customers.
Carl's Jr. / Country Club And Baseline
A M I T Or Assistant Manager In Training
I started out as a walk and hire and quickly learned their procedures and
began running operations without a manager present! I also was
privileged enough to help out in the grand opening of a new location for
them. I only had about 2 weeks with Carl's Jr at the time, but all of my
years of experience in the fast food/ restaurant management industry
made me a perfect candidate for this exciting opportunity. I was able to
speed up our order taking procedures in the process, by acting as an extra
person, one person taking orders, while the other is taking cash. It
worked, we can create a line, in just about anything we do. And It will go
faster! As the assistant manager in training at this location the main thing
I did was run the front dining, drive-thru, and kitchen. Train our
employees to be as fast and accurate as possible, following the guidelines
that have been set forth for us. And enforce the cleaning schedule that
was already in place... Opening and closing the store . I had barely begun
learning a little more about their bookkeeping what but I was not fully
trained as an assistant at this point.

and have used every bit of work experience I have in this role!
Mds Communication / Mesa, Country Club And The Us 60
Paid Caller, Or Communication Specialist
I was a paid caller, where my responsibilities were to communicate with
donors on behalf of nonprofit organizations present their need for
funding and leave them with a good feeling about the organization! I also
kept donor files is up to date and accurate as possible processed credit
card transactions, data entry. Among a host of other things it takes to be a
good caller.
