Global Partner Engagement Manager. Responsible for the successful enablement and growth of channel and alliance partners, presales support and solutioning for accelerating application release cycles through data virtualization, enabling cloud adoption by reducing the friction of onboarding databases and applications to AWS, GPC and Azure or to define a hybrid-solutions the adhere to GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA and other regulations. Work tightly with assigned Channel Account Managers to build, enhance and nurture the Delphix partner ecosystem. I developed data tracking points and SFDC reports and dashboards that track enablement methods to partner revenue generated and customer churn reduction from partners including partner generated leads, partner reselling activities and partner’s running services.

Much of my time is spent on helping shape the partner enablement journey. I provide ROI and TCO workshop training for partners wanting to understand our customer business value and to be able to communicate the ROI, TCO and time to value for their customers. I was key technical lead in the development of 2 business plans for joint technology efforts for an ISV partner to white-label the Delphix masking product as well as to provide Delphix virtualization in their Healthcare hosting center, ultimately bringing in the revenue to earn selection into the Presidents club for FY 2023 quota attainment.
