(FERC Project) MEGA Pressure-Test Oil Dri 2023. Ochlocknee, Georgia MEGA rule hydro-test of 2 miles of 4” pipe. I built all Job books for the project. I had a team of 2 Inspectors.

(FERC Project) SM2LL Line Replacement and SM3LL Hydro-Test. Meridian, Mississippi Take up and new lay of 26” pipeline, and hydro-test of an existing 36” pipeline. I built all Job books for the project. I have a team of 4 inspectors.

(FERC Project) Tiverton Meter, Regulator building and Heater Installation. Tiverton Rhode Island, Inspection for installation of new meter / regulator building, and new heater building, cathodic protection, along with hot tap, new piping, fence, retaining wall, and driveway. I worked with a team of 5 Inspectors.

(FERC Project) East Providence Heater replacement. East Providence, Rhode Island, Inspecting for the removal of existing heaters and piping, and the installation of new heaters, piping, Cathodic Protection, fencing and building a new parking lot. I worked with a team of 5 Inspectors.

(FERC Project) Hudson Auxiliary West 14A Tomkins Cove, New York, and East 14B Buchanan, New York. Chief inspector for rerouting of a 26” line to a 24” line under the Hudson River. Demolition of existing above and below ground piping and rectifier system. Installation of new above and below ground piping as well as rectifier system at each project site. Installation and maintenance of ECD’s for project duration. I worked with a team of 4 inspectors.

Third Party Chief Inspector / Cherokee Contractors Corporation (Tallgrass Energy)

Bertrand Bi-directional Piping – Loomis, Nebraska, Chief Inspector for Bertrand Compressor station, 42” Natural Gas line reversal for the Tallgrass REX line. This station was flowing natural gas from West to East. Now the station can receive and discharging gas Bi-directionally.

Main Pass Franklinton Loop Line Leak Repair and Spike Test – New Orleans, Louisiana Chief Inspector For 24” line leak repair in the marsh and spike test of 12 miles of pipeline.

Dalton Expansion Project – Heflin, Alabama – Chief Inspector For line replacement, replaced a 14” Natural Gas pipeline with a 20” Length of this project was approximately 1 mile, there was tree cutting and stumping to widen the right of way and stopple work.

Third Party Chief Inspector / Vice President, Cherokee Contractors Corporation (Tallgrass Energy)

Tallgrass Energy / Cherokee Contractors Corporation:

Buckingham Expansion Project – New Raymer, Colorado – Chief Inspector for Terminal Expansion project of 2 – 250,000 Barrel oil tanks, 4 sample building, 4-meter skids 4 transfer pumps, all piping associated with this work, 1 PDC building as well as all electrical, cable tray’s and Fiber optics.

Tallgrass Energy / Cherokee Contractors Corporation:

Carpenter Lateral Project – Cheyenne, Wyoming to Hereford, Colorado - Chief Inspector for 25 miles of 12” oil pipeline, 25 Miles of Fiber optics cable and 62,800’ of AC Mitigation cable with DE couplers, Pedestals and Reference Cells, there were 2 HDD’s and 8 smaller bores, there was 1 MLV. I managed 17 Inspectors, worked with Tallgrass Project Managers and contractors.

Tallgrass Energy / Cherokee Contractors Corporation: October 2019-January 2020 (Chief Inspector)

Buchanan Meter Station, St. Joseph, Missouri, a 12” hot tap was performed on the 42” Tallgrass Rex line to supply natural gas to Southern Star Energy, equipment that was installed was 1 meter run, 1 hot cat heater, 1 control room and 2 flow control skids.

Tallgrass Energy / Cherokee Contractors Corporation (Chief Inspector):

Iron Horse Pipeline line relocation, From Guernsey, Wyoming to Douglas, Wyoming, switched a 20” natural gas line to a 20” oil line and transferred the natural gas services to another line in the area, there was a total of 43 locations where we transferred services, installed 4 new MLV’s, multiple farm and town taps, Hydro-tested 40 miles of 20” and 8 HDD’s with sizes ranging from 4000’ to 1000’, I had 14 Inspectors for this project. I managed 17 Inspectors.

Iron Horse Depth of cover project, From Guernsey, Wyoming to Douglas, Wyoming, worked on 60 locations to where I had to add material to make the depth of cover, or excavated cut and add pipe to reach acceptable depth of cover for the pipeline. I managed 17 Inspectors.
