• Develop and oversee short- and long-term projects to ensure smooth flow of planning, preparation and execution of activities related to maintaining program accreditation, recruitment, education, and wellness across programs.

• Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to proactively identify and address new and ongoing barriers by prioritizing project demands appropriately.

• Ensure clear and consistent communication across multiple field sites to ensure a unified approach for training program responsibilities and expectations with multiple stakeholders. Coordinate rotation schedules at participating sites and communicate information to relevant parties in a time appropriate manner.

• Leverage reporting tools and data analytics in the development and distribution of accreditation required documentation, program evaluation, clinical competencies, and recruitment selection to enable department educational goals.

• Maintain comprehensive understanding of the ACGME accreditation compliance and keep updated residency and fellowship websites, database of confidential personnel files, and performance evaluations of current trainees and program alumni.

• Oversee the annual budgets for training programs and utilize reporting tools and data analytics to make strategic decisions to prioritize program needs.

• Recruit, orient, and manage education coordinators to enable workplans and project goals are being met in a timely manner to facilitate fellowship and medical student training programs in order to deliver uniform, consistent medical training experience.

• Serve as the point of contact and liaison between training programs and attending physicians, residents, medical students, outside institutions and stakeholders.
