•Responsible for the development and distribution of standard and custom member and employer contract documents.

•Handled contract documents for most product types including medical, dental, personal funding, fully insured, and basic self-funding.

•Worked on creating and submitting regulatory filings for custom group documents.

•Established and maintained the group's legal file. Resolving issues, monitoring inventory levels to adjust priorities, and established a good working relationship with internal and external customers.

•Performed three-way matching (with purchase request, PO, and invoice). After PO matching, if there were no discrepancies, purchase orders were closed.
