Role/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall generation of Power station.

• Preparation of tripping reports, shift end reports, guiding control room engineers and field engineers to perform well.

• Involved in GT and Generator Lube oil flushing. CCW system flushing for GT. seal oil system, stator water cooler system.

• Preparation and arrangements for chemical cleaning of HRSG’s.

• Reading P&I diagrams and preparation for validation steam blowing of HRSG’s, coordination with mechanical team.

• Having valuable experience in BSDG start up and synchronizing, charging dead bus, and taking back plant in live status.

•Having good knowledge in First fire-steam blow out-steam purity-first steam admission-contractual tests.

•Having good knowledge in LOTO and All types of PTW.

•Good knowledge with overall systems involved in GT – Air intake system, Fuel gas distribution, Lube oil & Hydraulic lift oil, Comp-Bleed valve&IBH, Cooling & Sealing air system, GT exhaust & Washing (OFF Line/ONLINE) systems and steam turbine start up and shut down including Rolling and synchronization of generators with grid. Sound knowledge in HRSG’s operation and shutdown.

• Having sound knowledge in RMS and Booster Compressors commissioning and Operation.

• Having good supervising and Troubleshooting experience in Water treatment Plants including raw water system, RO Plant, DM Plant, wastewater plant and sewage water treatment plant.

•Having sound knowledge and working experience in Air compressor system and fire system, SWAS, FOPH, BOP.

• Ensure that all relevant safety, quality and environmental procedures, instructions and controls are in site and every step of operation.
