1. Construction of “Sedco Energy*” Class of Semi-Submersible Class of Drilling Rigs Provided guidance and specification for Drilling Measurement and Instrumentation systems. Actively supervised the installations. and testing of all company related equipment, including interfacing with other rig systems I was assigned to do one rig but asked to take charge of a second rig because of the success and lesson learned from the first project. The two rigs are now members of the Transocean fleet of drilling rigs. At the time, these were $1 Billion projects combined.

2. Remote Operation Support Center Design, equipment, and technical specification. Supervised Installation and commissioning. Project was completed on time and budget and reduced downtime by new engineers by 50%. New engineers were able to provide more complex services to the customer with the aid of Real Time remote technical support from the remote command center.
