Responsibilities and Capabilities

Executing all Civil & Building and U/G System work as per the Contract scope of

work, along with project standard and specifications.

as per agreed time frame and adherence to the standards.

encountered on the site.

Coordinate effectively with all disciplines to avoid any discrepancies during

construction and inspection activities.

Attending Daily and weekly progress and coordination meetings with Client and

Sub-Contractors.

Attending regular site walkthrough with Construction, Safety and Quality teams

with client.

Close monitoring of productivity of work force and taking actions on any

deficiency.

monitoring of work force, ongoing work activities, material checking and

Acting as main technical advisor on a construction site for construction team

and related disciplines.

Agreeing a price for materials and making cost-effective solutions and proposals

To control the work performed by the Construction Team and check its progress.

Review of the daily, weekly and the monthly progress report and preparation of

the construction schedule.

Discuss and review with Construction Manager the project key performance

indicators to determine accurate status of project, making technical decisions for

target.

quantity, calculate wastage and other production parameters.

Close monitoring of Clearance of Punch Lists for Mechanical Completion.

Maintain good relationship with workers, engineers, owners, contractors and

suppliers.

Counseling of trainee employees (engineers and supervisors) to take over similar

projects and aid company expansion.

Direct Controlling of all the civil activities like Excavations, Form work, Rebar,

Concrete pouring, Curing, finishing works, coating works and final backfilling.

Direct Controlling of all the Building activities from starting to finishing.

Conducting daily tool box talk and distribution of work force(crew) for each

activity.

Assigning job to the area supervisors and ensuring the optimum utilization of

the available resources.

Monitoring and updating of Drawings to ensure the availability of latest

drawings at site at all time.

Ensure that all construction activities are performed according to approved

drawings and specifications.

Ensure that all construction materials to be used are according to approved

specification.

Arranging Material Receiving inspection prior to use the material at site.

supply.

Conduct on-the spot inspection and testing of work to make sure that

construction works are in full compliance with the project standard and

Preparation of daily site activity report and submission to the site management.

Reporting of Quality and progress reports towards higher authorities.

Preparing Construction work schedule according to given target dates and

mile stones for the project.

Preparation and submission of DAILY and WEEKLY site progress reports to

planning department.
