I'm trying to work for a company full time and become a member of their team. I want to be seen as someone who can always be relied upon to perform and complete all given responsibilities at the highest possible level. Is someone willing to take on new challenges, be trained, and learn new skills with the goal of future advancement in the company. Ultimately resulting in a fulfilling and satisfying long-term career. My work history has varied over the years due to several reasons which include the following. Not making enough money, lack of opportunities for further advancement in the company, or simply that I felt the position I held was not a viable option as a long term career choice. I also moved several times when I was younger and changed jobs as a result. However, I do not believe this to be a negative. On the contrary, I look at all my past endeavors as stepping stones towards the future long term career that I am currently seeking where I not only bring my past knowledge, skills, and hands on experience, but perhaps a unique insight and perspective that I would not otherwise possess had it not been for holding several different jobs in the past. I was one of two people that alternated between unloading bags of fifty gallon water jugs with a very large dolly, then placing each bag on a table in a certain manner to be sliced open and sent down the conveyor to the other position I held in the area called the filler room where u had to maintain the speed of the jugs as they traveled down the conveyor while also keeping a keen eye on every filling or full jug for a litany of issues ranging from under fills, crushed too badly, dirty, or no caps. I was also responsible for testing the weight and PH level of the water.

We assembled headlamps for different makes and models of vehicles. I had experience at each station on the line doing things such as putting together bezels, wiring, and checking for leaks, though primarily I worked at the omissions station at the very end of the line and was responsible for checking for the stinger marks that indicate whether each fully assembled lamp had been sent through each previous station as well as making sure it functioned properly, looked and was built to the standards set forth by quality. I then labeled and packed them in containers and sent them to quality where they were inspected and scrutinized one final time before being loaded and shipped. I also had to be familiar with changing over the machines themselves, so we would be able to assemble all the various models of lamps that each station was capable of producing. I had experience working in other areas as well, including molding where the housings for the lamps were made, the L.E.D. room where the actual lights for the lamps themselves were produced, taking parts inventory, and also as a material handler throughout the building. I worked on a line where totes filled with goods that had been picked and placed in them came down a conveyor. Then I was to scan them and carry them to there designated spot where I placed them on a flat cart. Then once a flat cart was fully loaded I had to batch the load out and take the cart to the next group of people responsible for getting the items closer to being shipped. I also loaded and unloaded extra large flat carts with empty totes.
