I crafted 50 products and features from cradle to launch. -Created architecture to reimagine health records from our Electronic Medical Record (Cerner).

-Architect the CareTeam Hub suite with the product lead, by leveraging the Salesforce HealthCloud platform to transform predominantly paper-based workflows to completely cloud-based for allied healthcare professionals like dieticians, social workers, patient liaisons, and home dialysis coordinators.

-Validation user testing for bug reporting and experience drop points.

-My product “CareTeam Hub” improved patient ratios for nurses, dieticians, and social workers by three times, increasing their productivity and the number of patients attended exponentially. This transformation is critical in helping the company go from 10% of patients managed at home today, to 50% by 2025.

-Designed and Tested an iPad simulation of cognitive behavioral therapy for end-of-life care in cancer patients. This involved shooting over 30 hours of video footage and post-production processing.

-Developed an android-based application for MSM in Mumbai and Chennai to enable the collection of survey responses through a culturally sensitive, language-agnostic survey tool based completely on animation and design. This tool can now be used in multiple languages and cultural settings to obtain valid and reliable responses in a variety of settings. This included creating one hour of animation using Adobe Suite software.

-Designed a cross-platform mobile application (iOS and Android) to improve adherence amongst oral chemotherapy patients to reduce hospital and ED admissions.

-Designed integrated program using IoT devices (Wearable, Sensors) such as Continuous Glucose Monitors, FitBit, GlowCaps etc.

-Designed a text-to-move program where people living with chronic blood sugar experienced better HBA1C level drop than Metformin.

-Most of the clinical trials of these products were published in PUBMED, NEJM and other medical journals.
