The Los Angeles Museum of Art (LACMA)

Oversaw excavation, soldier piles, sheeting & shoring, tie backs, drilling & pour Cason’s, pour mat slabs, deep underground utilities. The build of a large Cooling Tower, foundations & erecting of five tower cranes, temp power for whole job site & streetlights. Total build of LADWP main electrical vault, champion of water intrusion in basements prior to MEP going live. Removal of 29 trees in live traffic, removal of live tar wells, mentor all APM’s learning about the project, Supervised safety start ups & orientations of all new trades. Senior Superintendent

Oversaw the Finish of Richard Right Middle School in Washington DC. The project included steel stud installation, MEP build and close out, low voltage systems within the school, installation of ACT ceiling in all classrooms, elevator refurbishment and all new permits ensuring the project was up to code. Furnishing of all classrooms, commissioning of all air handling units, close out of all punch lists and over saw move in as well as soft starts for QC purposes. $4 Million DCFEMS project completed in 8 months

This new facility houses fire engines, hook and ladders, ambulances, and special service SUV’s used in the event of a major catastrophe so all parties can dispatch from one facility. Demolition of two old warehouses, removal of entire suspended slab and repouring it, structural restructuring bar joycing, pouring 300 yards of topping slab, cutting five large OHD’s into the side of a brick warehouse, installing 12 large OHD’s, 30 windows demolished and reinstalled, multiple store fronts added, installed one late bioretention swale, tenant space gutted & rebuilt up to code including new sprinkler system and full MEP upgrades Clark Construction, Washington, DC CSX Virginia Avenue Tunnel 08/2017 to 03/2018 This project is approximately $2 Billion and will give CSX the ability to run two rails and double stacked cars to eliminate the biggest bottleneck on the East Coast. Overseeing rebar, concrete, form travelers, and precast from 2nd Street to 12th Street.

Clark Construction, Los Angeles, CA Delta T2,T3,T5,T6 & TBIT Enabling Project. 02/2017 to 8/2017 General Superintendent

2017 Enabling project was a huge success while no other GC even tried to accomplish. 300 Million over 6 months to move 29 airlines over to terminals 5 & 6 while moving Delta over to take over residency at T2 and T3. Installation of a state of the art functional 9 CTX machine CBIS system in T2 with 7 plus tie ins. T3 we Built a large steel bridge to convey baggage out to new 400' carousel. Multiple tie ins to active systems all while keeping airlines, flights & baggage rolling during construction. T5/6 opened up ceiling space and removed MEP conflicts for newly designed conveyor system to keep OAL operational prior to the big move. All while keeping the owner and airlines 100% functional without delay as well as jumping in and aiding this monumental move to assure the success of Delta.

Clark Construction, Bethesda, MD BWI Checked Baggage Inspection System 2015 to 2017 General Superintendent

Installation of a state of the art, fully inline baggage system while refurbishing the BWI E Pier. House power, Mechanical heat/chilled water relocations, Iron work, Baggage electrical (ATR's, MCP's, Feeders, servers, etc.), Stud framing and GWB, T grid ceilings and All Concrete. Self-performance of the above, all while keeping the owner and airlines 100% functional without delay. Clark Construction, Bethesda, MD Dulles East & West Baggage Project 2012 to 2015 General Superintendent

As GC over 32 subs with up to 200 workers during 3 years of renovation at Dulles International Airport. Concentrating on new design hitting all dates and phases without delay. 1,210 days (1,000,000 man hours) without a lost time injuries holding safety as high of as standard if not higher than production itself. Building an excellent reputation with owner and bringing my own punch list qualities to sell/build an above standard system. Mentored & helped other Clark personnel understand baggage handling systems as well as self perform elevated slab building structures, demolition as well as precast copping stone finish to our new building added for United Airlines from excavation to occupancy.

• Installed a full state of the art In-line Baggage system for multiple airlines from Ticket counters to outbound baggage carousels.

• Installed 8 brand new EDS machines which were tested and integrated with new baggage system.

• Installed Multiple Sick scanners for tracking bags, Vertical sorters, Brand new CBRA rooms, break rooms

• 4 brand new Inbound lines, refurbished conveyors across entire airport per contract

• Personally punched entire new conveyor system ahead of BNP for a quality on time install.

• Self performed excavation / completion of sub basement, basement to ground level to occupied United's new East Baggage In-line system & TSA screening building, concrete slab demo, underground vapor barrier & drainage, tied all rebar, poured slab on grade, formed HKP's & elevated slabs, installed VCT, ceramic tile, roof pavers and more.

Supported a turn key airport baggage handling, parcel, postal and distribution system supplier and integrator. Consistently met scheduling goals. Provided site supervision, field engineering design changes, schedule, installation and commissioning support and functional testing support. Established reputation for outstanding customer support. Supervised, trained, and mentored up to 70 Union Millwrights and over 100 Union Electricians in the complete demolition and rebuild of the brand new state of the art full automated inline baggage system. Supported a turnkey airport baggage handling, parcel, postal and distribution system supplier, and integrator. Managed a $150,000,000+ budget for the Denver International Airport project. This was a total overhaul of the inbound and outbound baggage handling system. Worked 12-hour days, seven days a week to bring the project in on budget and schedule. Directed over 100 trades employees working against the clock to turn over six new baggage handling mods.

• Provided site supervision and field engineering for the installation of seven independent inline EDS baggage handling systems at Denver International Airport. Coordinated testing and commissioning, seven sub contractors and quality control.
