Employment History Seasonal Park Naturalist at City of Houston, New Caney April 2023 — January 2024

• Looked after daily operations of the Nature Center including greeting, giving directions, and answering park and environmental questions from park goers

• Cared for the Nature Center's animal ambassadors, which included snakes, frogs, invertebrates, alligators, turtles, a bunny, fish, and salamanders

• Kept up a log book on all matters of animal care and volunteer work

A large group and I pulled out invasive plant species such as chinese tallow and replaced them with native plants such as big bluestem, switchgrass, and yellow indiangrass.
