Managing subcontractors of various disciplines under tight scheduling restrictions is an integral part of this position. Project Manager/Executive – Overseeing and managing all of the contract operations including Pre-Construction and liaison with the Construction Manager Jacobs Engineering, ASA Architecture and the New York City Department of Design and Construction for the Taxi and Limousine Commission. This project includes the demolition of an existing office building and the renovation of an existing inspection garage. The construction of a new 3 story concrete parking garage with a helical ramp in addition to erecting 3 new levels above the existing garage which includes an interstitial mechanical space on the 3rd level and a steel and curtain wall office consisting of 2 stories with a 65 ft cantilevered superstructure. In this position the Management and coordination of all subcontractors and subcontract requisitions was required. This was a unique project in its execution due the slurry wall perimeter foundation wall which was installed to the full depth of bedrock followed by the “top down” construction of 4 lower levels.

February ’01 VRH/TORCON a joint venture, American Airlines Terminal To May ‘06 $1.6 billion Redevelopment Project, JFK AIRPORT, NY Project Manager/Project Superintendent - Served as direct liaison and contact with the managing Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Supervised and managed every aspect of construction for all trades and sub-contractors. This included ground breaking, subsurface utility installations, pile driving and concrete foundation construction, steel erection, building enclosure, mechanical and building management systems and finally high-end architectural finishes for interior fit out.
