Developed long-range planning as well as day-to-day operations processes in order to implement goals and business objectives. Responsible for budgets, contracts, coordination of logistics for training projects, and maintaining profitable vendor relationships.

LEADERSHIP: Provided oversight of local church men’s ministry. Successfully planned quarterly Bible studies; annual Men’s Retreat; and various other events meeting the social and spiritual needs of the men’s ministry. Actuated processes that allowed the organization to meet budgets and objectives.
Elected by a delegation of 87 churches to provide and be responsible for planning and organizing ministry for youth ages 12 and older, college/university students, and young adults, collectively casting the vision for youth ministry with local ministry leaders.
