TRAINING: Executed, organized, and planned a yearly Christian Education Ministries
Conference. Offering over 30 age-related workshops, exhibitors, and
general sessions that were relevant to children, youth, adults, and pastors.
Successfully prepared, delivered, and trained leaders and project
participants in workshops and seminars (“Train-the-Trainer”) programs
and resources to adult leaders throughout North America and
Internationally.
Developed and instructed adult-level college courses for higher education
institutions. Successfully designed and revised higher education course
content in Leadership and Ethics and Christian Educational Ministries.
TEACHING: Recruited and trained adult leaders throughout North America and
Internationally on successful ministry and educational strategies.
Taught courses in Leadership, Christian Educational Ministries; both in the classroom (face-to-face) and online Accelerated Adult Education Programs.
MANAGEMENT: Successfully recruited a team of volunteers to help carry out weekly
ministry programs and special outreach ministry events to and for the
community.
Director of Programming/Events for National Training Conferences, which included the coordination of workshop and presenter schedules. Developed long-range planning as well as day-to-day operations processes in order to implement goals and business objectives. Responsible for budgets, contracts, coordination of logistics for training projects, and maintaining profitable vendor relationships.
Experience in identifying and recruiting adjunct faculty members for higher education courses (Christian Education, Leadership and Management, and Nonprofit Organization).
TEAM BUILDING: Recruited, trained, and supervised volunteers for successful ministry programming planning and implementation.

LEADERSHIP: Provided oversight of local church men’s ministry. Successfully planned quarterly Bible studies; annual Men’s Retreat; and various other events meeting the social and spiritual needs of the men’s ministry. Actuated processes that allowed the organization to meet budgets and objectives.
Elected by a delegation of 87 churches to provide and be responsible for planning and organizing ministry for youth ages 12 and older, college/university students, and young adults, collectively casting the vision for youth ministry with local ministry leaders.
