Electrical/Mechanical Assembler/Installation – Per electrical schematics and blue prints, fabricate, solder and wire AC/DC electrical control panels and control panel enclosures water conditioning and filtration system skids for major companies in demand for water treatment systems. The control panels and control panel enclosures consist of AB processors and I/O, VFD motor control monitors, relays, motor contactors, AC distribution, HMI control monitors, loss of AC voltage and phase monitors. Prepared wire labels and component tags. Performed point to point connection between components and terminal blocks. Following completion test all point to point connections with a DVOM. Installed the control panels on skids, pulled wire and integrated the control panels and field components.

The control panels consist of AB processors and I/O, VFD motor control monitors, relays, motor contactors, AC distribution, Electronic rectifiers, electronic UPS controls. Solder wires and shielded cable connections. Run and label wires for point to point connection between components and terminal blocks. Following completion test all point to point connections with a DVOM. Install the control panels, pull wire and interconnect the control panels and field components.

Sea Food Associate Clerk – Responsibilities include counter service sales of a variety of fish and shell fish to customers. Prepare products for sale, clean display area and sea food environment, pack up fish at night and unload fish in morning to open sea food, do inventory and reload the display cooler for customer selection of products.
2014 to 2020 – On Power, Inc.
Power Generator Systems Service Engineer – Service and sales technical support, quotations, coordination, execution, administration. My role in this position was to provide hands on service and technical support to existing customers, develop new customers and new business opportunities, identify job scope and provide quotations, implement and execute service activity. Developed and provided power generation customers specific preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance programs to enhance the operating reliability and reduce cost of ownership. Developed, provided and managed hands on and with designated service contractors, a total facility service inspection, maintenance and repair program of all facility equipment that supported the emergency power generation systems. This included engine start air compressor systems, engine fuel supply system, engine start and control battery systems and battery charger, Generator auto synchronizer and voltage regulation systems, Generator circuit breakers and building distribution switchgear, auxiliary motor control systems, air filtration systems and exhaust ventilation systems, AC motors, and spare parts inventory of all support equipment. Inspection process included oil and fuel sampling, vibration analysis, complete system routine, monthly and annual testing of all support equipment and blackout building load tests, inspection reports with recommendations.
