I’ve worked extensively with computers as a training specialist back up. I’ve had numerous positions as a trainer and helping trainees develop their own career. Experience with public speaking and presenting critical information. Also I have experience with performing new hire orientations, showing new hires the roles they would be assigned to and how the building ran as a whole. As a Training specialist backup I would be a fill in to get the work completed at a fast pace and organized manner. I’ve worked with programs such as excel and learning new software would be a excellent way to expand my career.

Experience

Subway, 2 and a half years as a trainer and core worker. Worked with customer service and making sure to keep a positive manner.

Panera, 2 years was a trainer and was selected to be a assistant general manager before covid hit. Unfortunately with covid couldn’t move forward with the training. I really worked with helping trainees have a positive experience and getting the development for the role.

Target Distribution Center, I officially hit 2 years November 3rd 2022, I’ve been trained in packing and quality control, and even was a trainer for a year for packing, I’ve learn training specialist backup and fulfillment center. I recently was trained in break-pack ( MBP) at target as a order-picker operator.

Sr. Human Resources Specialist, in February of 2023 became a Sr. HR Specialist at Target Distribution Center. My Captainship is Payroll and Onboarding process of staffing. I am experienced with learning new programs in a timely manner. I have learned to work at a fast

pace and organized environment. I have learned to build connections with team members and utilize the resources given to me to perform a job. I have worked with staffing representatives and went through the onboarding process of doing staffing intakes for new hires. I also have managed Leave of Absences and went through teaching benefits for target to New Hires.
