● I managed the day-to-day support of a cohort of 80 learners participating in our programs. This involves responding to queries, following up on program milestones and general support on how to get the best out of AMI programs.

● I was also responsible for reviewing, analysing and reporting on how effective the programs are and recommending improvement areas.

● Lead the marketing initiatives through the use of social media campaigns tracking engagements and responding to insights. This saw the page followers grow by 60% Month on Month

● Through creative bundle pricing deals and trying out new sales channels, I was able to grow the Monthly Revenue from $50 to

$600 after 4 months.
