• Launched and implemented the Max Clinic which provides a low-barrier, high-impact, holistic HIV care in Pierce County through strategic interagency collaboration to protect and improve the health of high- acuity people living with HIV.

• Plan, organize, and manage the day to day integrated clinical activities of the Max Clinic.

• Collaborates with staff from Tacoma Pierce County Health Department and Pierce County Aids Foundation to provide linkage to care, community outreach and education, meeting the patients through field visits at their homes, homeless encampments and local homeless facilities
