I established and managed the PMO (Program Management Office) in SADAD the Saudi Billing Payment, the purpose of the Program was to help deliver SADAD 2.0 Environment. The program consists of 27 projects with diverse technologies and IT disciplines, I was delegating project management tasks to 5 project managers in order to deliver the program with quality.
