Human Resource Business Partner November 2018- May 2022 Charles River Laboratories (promoted to Sr. TA Specialist)

● Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance

● Recommend changes to policies and practices as appropriate.

● Work closely with line management to assess talent acquisition and development needs, develop and deliver solutions aligned with business strategy.

● Recruit for assigned business groups to ensure the organization's staffing needs are met, write/edit job descriptions, conduct interviews, evaluate candidates and extend employment offers.

● Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
