Job Responsibilities & Experience :

Coordinate with all of Site Time Keepers.

Monitoring Labor hours by the Software of Higher Accounting

Inventory System (HAIC).

Allocates the work force (Both Staff &Labor) to various

site/location/Supervisor as instructed by the Project Manager.

Collects allocation sheets from site In-Charges and gives to Sr. Civil

Engineer/Mechanical Engineer/Electrical Engineer for Work

Package, Activity and Cost Component.

Audits the clocked hrs. of tradesman and editing / adding the

cost code.

Approves the OT as per the overtime sheet signed and approved

by the Project Manager.

Prepares the hired tradesmen monthly timesheets and get approval

to pay from project manager.

Random site checks to make 100% output from the workforce by

not allowing workers to take extra rest/break hrs. and late reporting,

early leaving etc.,

: 2 :

Maintained proper records of employees proceeding on leave,

returning from leave, absconded, resigned and terminated etc.

Manpower Daily Time Sheets, Leave, Absconded & Termination list

maintaining Site Coordination (Logistics Management).

Requisition for plants and Equipments Hire/off

Hire/Replacement/Movement/Extension etc. and follow up with

My Main Branch (Head Office).

Prepare break down reports and coordinating with machines

(MPD) to get it done.

Prepare Monthly Time Sheets for all sites (both MPD and External

Hired) and get it approved by Senior Project Manager.

Cross Checks the external hired site invoices with actual and get

approval to pay from Project Manager.

Arranges Internal Site Movements and allocating as per PMs

Instruction.

Transportation arrangements for both labors and staff.

Heavy duty and Light duty vehicle arrangements for all site

activities.

Coordinates with MP for vehicle/machine service and repair.

Other related works:

Prepare the Daily/Weekly/Monthly Progress reports for consultant,

Planning and Safety Departments.

Prepare the weekly forecast for planning the weekly program and

follow up to get the additional resource required.

Prepare gang wise report weekly.

Co-Ordinate with H.R. Admin for:

1) Annual Leave, Air Ticket Booking and Leave Benefits.

2) Medical Reimbursement and other Reimbursements.

3) Passport and Visa Requests & enquiries to HR

Departments.

4) Release of Salary / HRA arrears etc.,

5) Salary distribution for both laborers and Staff.
