Notification was made via phone and email campaigns to reach the team’s goal of 24% minority participation for the $1 billion project.

Virginia Department of Transportation: The Cardinal Project In the support of the Cardinal Project, I assisted with the deployment of Virginia’s statewide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiative which encompassed 140 state agencies. The initiative called for the complete overhaul of the state’s accounting system. For the implementation, I served as a course designer of accounts payable modules. The modules were developed in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.1 training environments. The design included course curriculum, assessment, automated simulations, job aids. I facilitated over 20 classes throughout the Commonwealth.
