Dear Hiring Manager,

Thank you very much for the opportunity and pleasure of being able to apply for Employment with

your company, as your Customer Service Agent/Representative. Your position is one that I am very

familiar with; not only the role but the myriad of responsibilities that are associated with this

role, and I am confident that I have the necessary skillset to do your job adeptly and perform

even better than your expectations. Both jobs started as the CSR field, although it developed into

an Administrative Asst. My functions were being the primary receiver of all business

calls and coordinating both the emails and arranging the meetings for the Owner.

My experience has not been gained in a call center, however the rate of client calls has been

steadfast at a minimum of 160 per diem, along with other work. Being a detailed-oriented

professional who has been consistently praised as diligent by both my co-workers and management.

Answering incoming calls, placing outgoing calls and following up with email issues and customer

questions, dealing with vendors, orders and backorders. Customer revisions are just a few of my

daily duties. My communication has become both excellent written and verbal communication skills;

a self-motivated, with positive attitude and the ability to multi-task, along being a quick learner

who can intuitively provide an amazing customer experience to a variety of personalities. I am

proficient with computers, and with Microsoft Word. I bring a strong desire to be part of a fast-

growing company; I can guarantee you that I can accomplish all duties you would require. Over the

course of my 30+ year career, I've developed a skill set relevant to the role you are hiring for.

Working closely with all departments to ensure a positive impact for clients. Overall, I have

consistently demonstrated organizational, communication and service abilities in every aspect of

My previous jobs, and I invite you to review my achievements in the attached CV. I am fully aware

that I am no longer a person of youth, yet I am eager, and I bring with me a wide array of

knowledge and personal experience that I am sure will be a great benefit to your company.

Approximately 1 1/2 year ago, I suffered a hip injury, this coupled with Sciatica, which appeared in

My other leg, this has virtually eliminated my ability to walk without the aid of a ‘rolling walker’.

For over two decades it has my responsibility to deal with, on a constant basis, all calls that came in

from suppliers, subcontractors and clients, coupled with light bookkeeping, scheduling and

appointments. This is why I continue the Customer Service field as my career. m the type of

competent and competitive candidate you are looking for. I look forward to elaborating on how my

specific skills and abilities will benefit your organization. Please contact me at 769-***-**** or

email ad5ojv@r.postjobfree.com to arrange for a convenient meeting time.

Thank you for your consideration, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Sincerely

James Oakes
