Operational Duties and responsibilities

• Plan, execute and maintain all aspects of ROR (restaurant operations recovery) which consists of 5 areas:

• Service standards

• Kitchen standards

• Administrative standards

• Line standards ( both FOH and BOH)

• Sanitation Standards

• Provide daily and weekly log notes of operations
