Most of my experience and skills has been hands on with all the jobs I have had, I love to learn and believe that we should always be learning as much as we can with all resources available. I have also been involved with planning and setting up Food Shows.
Note: My first job in the bakery business was at HEB in Harlingen, TX. I started as a part time Donut Fryer and Closer, I quickly learned how to bake and decorate and later became a floater Bakery Manager where I learned hands on management skills and managerial duties for the first 8 years. I have to say that most of my training in the bakery industry came from HEB and Lott Marketing where I learned Deli, Grocery and Meat Market product knowledge. Lott Marketing also involved Food Service for Restaurants, Convenience Stores and Institutions
