Contracts tender, mobilization and execution

Trained some personnel to the level of Supervisors and Managers

Instituted Systems for CADS Facilities, HR and EHS Operations.

Fundamentally planted the Integrated Management System (IMS) Culture in the GSS- Ghana workforce, implemented and assisted in achieving ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 across the company.

Developed SOPs and Work Instructions used across GSS Ghana.

Conducted Risk Assessments and Trained Key persons on them for all GSS Ghana Sites.
