MGD Heating and Cooling

Secretary since 3-24-2009 to current date.

My job requirements are as follows :

Setting up our customers service calls (repair )appointment and follow ups,

Contacting our builders to give them the supplies list and prices for air service,duck, furnace, gas line fart fans etc,

When the cost is agreed upon I then set the dates for install, changes out and others service for that job,

I will go over the blue prints with builders and employees on what we will be required per job

I work with the Oakland county building departments through BSA websites,and surrounding

areas on pulling permit and scheduling finals gas line inspection,etc,

I summit bids, blue prints finals and receive final payments to which I deposit to bank

I work with networking sites to promote MGD heating Cooling,

I am to keep files on all jobs its important to stay organized as we have several jobs going on at ounce .It is my job to start and keep a file per job of the blue prints, and of all the paper work recites, contact information gathered per job,

I order supplies using William and Carrs wholesale houses, using spread sheets to keep track of orders,cost and payment through excel and word .

My job requires me to Provide safe and reliable transportation to our Waterford school district family’s, I show up prior to shift to pre trip the bus to make sure the bus is safe and meets are federal law requirements to drive our family’s to school,I participate in teaching our youngest of riders the importance of bus safety,I created along with my current office staff a bus safety work book to help the children engage in the bus safety importance,
