Perform take offs for mechanical work based on building plans. Put together a plan of action based on the scope of work including pricing, purchasing, labor, permits, and schedules. Coordinate, supervise and assist in the HVAC Mechanical construction and completion of ductwork, equipment installation, piping installation, controls, wiring, and start up.
