● Obtain resolution of all outstanding Unliquidated Obligations contained in the financial systems. Improve customer relations by eliminating the backlog of expired contracts and other contractual actions and making the excess funds available to the program offices for other requirements.

● Ensure de-obligations of contract funds are complete in timely manner, so funds can be returned to Program Offices, and prepare timely modifications in the Contract Management System (PRISM) determined to be necessary (i.e. de-obligations), along with the associated Federal Procurement Data System.

● Resolve any error messages received after the CO approves and releases the modification in PRISM.
