HR Specialist

In this role, my duties include performing position management, developing staffing plans and position descriptions, as well as recruitment and selection of employees for the Department of Employment Services. I direct workforce planning through constant communication and awareness of the anticipated needs of the agency per the requirements prescribed by the DC Office of Human Resources.
