Served as the first line supervisor to wounded Soldiers requiring extensive medical treatment in a group home environment during stressful often life changing situations. Responsible for facilitating the resolution of administrative issues, help guide the Soldier through the transition process. Enforced military standards helping Soldier complete goals. Performed daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly progress counseling with Soldiers to determine status of transition progress and de-conflict Soldier’s appointments schedule ensuring he/she has the information needed to succeed.

Wrote and edited 20 standard operating procedures for daily workflow of Soldier care to be used by entire workforce

Created and led 4 major team activity events for Soldier’s with extreme injuries and new disabilities to motivate and improve moral

Developed model for increased drug testing for entire unit of 250 Warrior Transition Soldiers needing to eliminate errors due to authorized medication from use of illicit activity in order uphold military regulations, and prevent harmful drug interactions
