Seeking a position that will allow me to utilize my diverse experience in governmental administration, Real Estate Acquisition and Relocation, project management, land use and zoning, property management, and customer service. My college education is a BS in Environmental Resource Management and Planning from the University of West Florida in Pensacola, FL. I am one class (2 credits) shy of my receiving my MS in Real Estate Management from New England College. I hold an active Florida Broker's License and could get my Colorado License if required.

Provides Project Management oversight of several right of way projects, utilizing consultants to provide appraisal, title, acquisition and relocation services.

Provided expertise and coordination to Different Departments within the CCD such as the Attorney’s Office, Survey Department and Planning while processing deeds, easements, small cell 5G permitting through our Permitting Department with Verizon, AT&T and other documents. Reviewing title for Deeds of Trust (getting partial releases), other easements that conflicted with dedications (having them removed), while communicating with the developers/Owners.

Working through negotiations with the Railroads, Utility Companies and the Regional Transportation District (RTD) to acquire right of way and easements.
