Over the course of my work in the food service my responsibilites shifted periodically upon the needs of the kitchen based upon my ability to perform all the positions in the kitchen. Responsibilites included preparing meals for those with special dietary requirements (i.e. allergies, medical conditions requiring restricted diets, etc), cook, line worker, janitor, tray room, butcher shop, and dock worker.
