Manage repairs and maintenance for 80 rental properties in Marble Falls, Horseshoe Bay, Kingsland and Granite Shoals. Core functions include receiving, diagnosing, and overseeing maintenance projects across the properties, while communicating with owners, team, tenants and trades.

Designed and implemented damage reporting protocol for cleaners and remote Guest Experience team. Design process required leveraging technology platforms, collaboration with cleaning teams, and internal team to create most effective program to ensure owner property is protected.

Coordinator of International Sustainability

Co-founded and managed development of Buckner International’s (BI) social entrepreneurship start-up “27 & Oak.” Led conceptualization and laid initial groundwork to solve a gap in services of BI by developing a platform for individuals in communities disconnected from the global market to access consumers in the United States.

The 2016 pilot succeeded and was added to the Buckner Strategic Plan for 2017. In 2017, 27 & Oak grew by more than 3x.
