I have been involved in the construction business for over 40 years. My father owned his own construction company and both my brother and I worked for him since we were about 12 years old. I have a BS in Mechanical Engineering from MSOE – owned a software development company for about 20 years – sold it to Pieper Electric in Milwaukee and ran their engineering and panel construction departments for three years as part of the business buyout. I started Crestwood Homes in 2013 as a residential remodeling and new construction business. We have grossed about $1M every year since our inception. My responsibilities included all sales, proposals, project management and project finalization. I recently sold the business, and am looking for an opportunity with a major residential construction company to assist with project management roles and/or sales. I have extensive construction experience – understand all aspects of the building process – understand materials selection and utilization – have hands-on experience with all construction tools – have personally installed every component of a construction project – rough -finish – flooring -tiling – painting – roofing – cabinetry – doors/windows. Have experience with house additions / decks / garages / outbuildings / basements / kitchens / bathrooms and all other areas of a construction and/or remodeling project.
